Editorial Policy

Editorial Policy

The purpose of Exhibit Booth Brief is to make trade show booths, exhibit services, and event workflows easier to understand and plan. Articles begin with a defined reader problem, use a consistent fact-checking pass, and separate verifiable facts from editorial judgment.

Research and sourcing

Writers should prefer primary sources for specifications, policies, and product capabilities. Dates and version details should be recorded when a fact may change. We do not claim to have tested a product, attended a venue, or interviewed a source unless that activity actually occurred and can be documented.

Reviews, advertising, and affiliates

Editorial placement cannot be purchased. Ads must be visually distinguishable from the article. If the site earns a commission from a link, the relationship will be disclosed clearly before or near the first qualifying link. Commercial relationships do not guarantee coverage or a positive conclusion.

Corrections

Readers may report a possible error at our contact form. Material corrections should identify what changed and, when useful, the date of the update. Silent fixes are reserved for spelling, grammar, and formatting that do not change meaning.

Content updates

An updated date should appear only when an article receives a meaningful review or revision. Routine date changes that make old content appear newly researched are not part of our process.
